I called today and Barbara at DOS gave me the great news. She said the P3 was sent on 4/12/06.

I wish they would hurry speed up things on everyone's visa so I would not have to feel chagrin over my luck. I am hoping for good news for all.

Today, is 4/25. Has your SO received her P3? If so, what day?

She lives in Liuzhou, Guangxi and she got it on the 21st or 22nd, about 9 or ten days I would imagine. I will try to pin down the exact date. She also said that it looks very similar to the packet that has the link below--donasho's i believe.

If/When you call DOS and get BARBARA - you have hit the best.
