BUT, it IS NOT a required document. whats that you say?? "it isn't required?? tigress Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 no, theoretically you SO must have an original one presented at the interview. but usually the consular officer dont look at it. anyway, prepare all the necessary documents and mail them to her just in case the consular officer may need them.
