Ross
We have been living happily in california for about 6 months and have gotten a driver license and a social security card and a green card. What else do we need to do? Link to comment
yuehan123
One hot topic here has been paying 2005 taxes and deciding how to do it. Link to comment
LeeFisher3
You've pretty much arrived, if the green card is conditional (2 year) mark the calendar for 90 days before expiration and mail the removal of condition paperwork on that day. Oh yeah, enjoy life together. Edited February 6, 2006 by LeeFisher3 (see edit history) Link to comment
skibum
It seems that a lot of women need a good dental cleaning. Also, if they are old enough, have her get a PAP done. Don't neglect her health as she is probably your biggest asset. Link to comment
Ross
"Mary" and I were just talking about you two last night. We are planning a trip to the Bay area about the 20th. Probably swing by Fairfield then. Great thing about the CR-1, Ross, nothing to do short of "Removal of Conditions" 90 days prior to the two year arrival date- USCIS Form I-751. I forgot, were you and "G" married for 2 years BEFORE she came here? She might be IR-1 and therefore you don't need to do the removal of conditions. Check her green card for expiration date. If two years then you'll have to do it- if TEN then you won't. Richard188523[/snapback]Thats great, glad to hear that your coming back to the bay area, the weather just got better, its sunshine and warmth from here on out! I'll check the board a bit to hear from yaRoss and Gloria Link to comment
