It always says that it's good for four months--don't worry. Gz or whoever will automatically extend it-damned near nobody makes it from Noa2 to the interview without the pettition expiring but--like i said they will auto-extend it.

The 2 NOA's are I-797 and I-797C;correct?

I have always viewed the I-797 as the Notice of Receipt (NOA 1) and the I-797C as the Notice of Action (NOA 2). Both forms are virtually identical in appearance.

 

As others have said, don't worry about the 4 month validity. Obviously, the rulemakers didn't have the foggiest idea about the length of time it takes GUZ to process the actual visa.
