Finally got some news!

After checking the USCIS webpage 3 or 4 times a day as I have been doing for the last 4 months, there was still no news.

 

Checking the processing dates of I-485's out of the L.A. office was even more depressing. Their "processing" dates of I-485 cases has advanced about 1 month in the last 4 calender months.

 

So imagine our suprize when we got our appointment letter in the mail for an AOS interview on Jan 10, 2006!!!

No additional boxes were checked as to additional items needed so we will just bring the kitchen sink approach and try to demand she get the stamp in her passport just in case.

 

BTW, our case online still says they are waiting . . . . . . .

Ditto on the web site, no update. But received NOA for a Jan. 11th appointment at Los Angeles..

Same here.... our RFE NOA for the I-485 was sent last week, but no touch or status update on the web. Folks on VJ reporting the same. Seems they've decided to stop updating it... Weird!
