Chad Posted October 31, 2005 Report Share Posted October 31, 2005 We talked about both ways. My SO has business reasons to be able to go to China often. The K-1 would not really let that happen easy enough. But if we went with CR-1 once she gets here and get teh Temp greencard she is good to go as longs as she stays here enough through out the year. She will only go back 3-4 times a year for a week or so at a time. Although I not sure she or I can take being apart much after this! She also mentioned losing me too and that marrying there would make her feel better. So it was the logically and emotionaly right way to go. Link to comment
