VISA packet for immagration officer opon arrival

My SO told me last night that her VISA packet she was handed after she picked up her passport and Visa has a 4-5 inch cut along the side of the sealed envelope in which she can see inside what some of the papers are. She told me that it looks to be cut along the side and that the other packets she saw in the office also were this way.. Did anyone else recieve packets with similiar slit opening along the side?.. Will they think she tried to open it and look at the papers? I hope this wont be a problem for her... She said not to worry about it.

That's funny. I wonder how many of us made the same mistake. when My darlin got hers and told me about the opening I became angry with her for opening it--that was my first offical married mop slappin'
