My stock options are due and I'm debt free.  It's been over 100 FFFF-ing days since the I130/CR1/CR2 and not a GD word or response.

I'm asking the wife to find work for a non-Chinese speaking American and I'm leaving this popsicle stand!

I understand your frustration but according to your timeline you are only 7 months into the process. Realistically you can expect 10 months to a year for a K-visa, more for a CR-1. Hang in there it will happen and it will have been worth the wait.

Dude...I would be all about it if I could. My problem..is that I came back to cali to be near my family--I missed my mommy. Then to further complicate things..I bought a da** expensive house and started a project that won't be complete until the end of this year...so, I became stuck other than milestones in the project. My interview could not have come at a better time. It is almost too perfect..hmmmmm....

Sometimes you have to be hardcore to get the job done.

For Texas; hang in there, plan some good times in China

and you will create good memories ; bring your baby home.

Like I said before, Check the attitude as it is beyond your hands.

Plan for a happy life.

Go to CTRIP and plan a good China vacation. <_<
