Yuanyang
My stock options are due and I'm debt free. It's been over 100 FFFF-ing days since the I130/CR1/CR2 and not a GD word or response.I'm asking the wife to find work for a non-Chinese speaking American and I'm leaving this popsicle stand! Realistically you can expect 10 months to a year for a K-visa, more for a CR-1. Hang in there it will happen and it will have been worth the wait. Link to comment

Luo_Bin_&_Jialu
I'm with PF Kops. I will be at 12.666 months wait by the time I get my interview. Looking at everyone's 8-9 month's wasn't that easy to stomach, I don't think I made it without a complaint, but in the end, it will be worth it. This last month is going to suck. Hang in there! You're a Texan, you can handle it! Link to comment
vibes1313
So what's so bad about spending the wait time here with your SO? I know it's been an experience I'll never forget. I don't get it. Link to comment
Luo_Bin_&_Jialu
Dude...I would be all about it if I could. My problem..is that I came back to cali to be near my family--I missed my mommy. Then to further complicate things..I bought a da** expensive house and started a project that won't be complete until the end of this year...so, I became stuck other than milestones in the project. My interview could not have come at a better time. It is almost too perfect..hmmmmm.... Link to comment

pkfops
Sometimes you have to be hardcore to get the job done. For Texas; hang in there, plan some good times in Chinaand you will create good memories ; bring your baby home. Like I said before, Check the attitude as it is beyond your hands.Plan for a happy life. Go to CTRIP and plan a good China vacation. Edited August 6, 2005 by pkfops (see edit history) Link to comment

sting88
Only if you knew what a wait was. I only waited from Sept. 12, 2003 till my wife arrived on May 8, 2005. I know every second was worth it. keep your cool! Link to comment
