Alex
They gotta give it to ya this time. Still prayin' for ya dude!138753[/snapback]I asked my lawyer is the follow up interview was a chance for more b.s. to be thrown our way. He said the interview is a formality, and they can NOT overturn the TSC decision on this second go round....still, I am updating some documents (tax returns, I-134), and I want to write a letter of intent to marry so she my so can throw it at them ! Does anyone have a short, effective, to the point format to share? Link to comment
david_dawei
Here is the most basic of letters: I think a more formal (Legal) title is, "Affidavit Regarding Marriage". --- Fiancé Letter of Intent [PETITIONER/BENEFICIARY ADDRESS]United States Department of StateUnited States Consulate, [NAME OF COUNTRY WHERE EMBASSY IS LOCATED][EMBASSY ADDRESS] [DATE]To Whom It May Concern: I, [PETITIONER/BENEFICIARY NAME], do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry [bENEFICIARY/BENEFICIARY NAME], and intend to do so within 90 days of [her/his] entry into the United States using the K-1 Visa.
