I asked my lawyer is the follow up interview was a chance for more b.s. to be thrown our way. He said the interview is a formality, and they can NOT overturn the TSC decision on this second go round....still, I am updating some documents (tax returns, I-134), and I want to write a letter of intent to marry so she my so can throw it at them ! Does anyone have a short, effective, to the point format to share?
