shutterme2 Posted June 28, 2005 Report Share Posted June 28, 2005 It's been 100 days since CSC received my "I-130" I have only received The NOA1. I think this is way too long for the NOA2? My "I-129F" has been 82 days Still no touches, no approval? Can anyone give me some advise Link to comment

obxtrainman Posted June 28, 2005 Report Share Posted June 28, 2005 I am quickly approaching 90 days without recieving NOA2 on my I-130 There are literally thousands of illegal immigrants here in my immediate county, in North Carolina! There is a major building boom here. Not to mention the hundreds of European kids here on work visas' if they actually have them. One of my friends daughter's is a manager at the biggest food chain here. She told me yesterday, a lot of them don't have visas. And of course, they stay after the expire. I have been thinking the delay was because I sent my petition in about the time all of these students would be applying for their work visas. Now I don't know what to think. I just wonder why immigrations isn't here deporting all of these illegals. They are probably to busy working on our petitons. Or is is that walmart, and foodlion need their summer help for the tourist season. Link to comment
