A safe estimate would be six months after you return you P3 to GZ and it is entered in their system.

My estimate is that your interview date will be in the Sept/Oct timeframe.

I would be willing to guess an actual interview date, except your time line is not showing when your information has been entered into the computer at Guangzhou for the CR1, and you don't have a P3 yet for the K3....so it will be at least 6 months at todays current rate if it continues. More if this recent two week set back continues to increase. Sorry.

With all the changes that they are planning, there is no way to estimate anyone's interview date.

Well, check out my CR-1 timeline. My package was received in GZ on 1-5-05. Background/name check completed beginning of Mar.... still no word whatsoever on interview... so start the clock ticking.... 1-5 to 4-29.. .almost 4 months....

Four months to get word of an interview date, via the P4... probably more like 5 months. Then the interview 30+ days from the P4. Safest best is 6 months minimum from P3...
