She has been in Spain now for 2 months and is virus free and reason I want her in the US instead of China.

I have my mother -in-law that visited my sister-in-law in Spain. She is due to depart in April 12, 2020 but I would prefer her to come to the USA directly from Spain while the virus in China is still active. She does have a b2 US visa.

I think it was a miss typed error...Loving was supposed to be living... but I can imagine them saying it... CONGRATULATIONS to the both of you. May you have a great life in the US. I forgot, you will also need a power conversion adapter. You can purchase these at a electronics store or carrefour.

If you have the Vista program, you will have a hard time using it through their slower processing internet system. I could never use my laptop directly connected to the phone line. I purchased a modem conversion and from then on it worked fine. They are not advanced yet for Vista and Office 2007 programs although you can get a copy at any computer store for $2 usd. or a full version for $5 usd. Most hotels have eternet cables but most are worn out so I suggest bringing your own. I ended up buying my own when I was there because we went through 5 of them at a hotel I stay and it didn't work.

To be on the safe side, I would get a co-sponsor and get it notorized. Have your fiancee have it with her just in case. You can also hand both of them at the same time at the interview. Had several people do that and they recieved their "Pinks". It really matters how prepared you are for the interviews. Out of the 19 people my fiancee talked too or helped out, they asked: How did you meet. Can you speak English. When did you meet him. Do you have pictures. Do you have a I-134. and tax papers. Personally for me, I made all my money in China last year so I made no income in the US in 2006 and 2007. I currently work for a company full time right now and showed them that I make way above poverty line this year from a letter from my employer, current pay stubs, and letter of support and explanation of no income in 2006 and 2007. Had no problems... So I say, get a co-sponsor and have it on-hand. JimnCherry

Great job..just got on the computer late today and received your message. Now your life can really begin. Now that you have the "Pink", don't be a stranger. If you are buying tickets for your fiancee, make sure she get's the 1st time immigration discount. We paid 4490 rmb through Northwest Airlines, otherwise the cost would be 7000 rmb. I thought that there was a change and the service is only available on Monday. Is that true or not? I'm getting confused on this maybe I'm not sure what ACS is compared to ACH. I'm also confused about the wait time on the visa. Some people are reporting (and Mr. Yang told us) that the wait time on the visa is taking 10- 14 days but I'm seeing on visajourney timelines (thanks to the link supplied by JeffUSC) where recently there is only a 2 day wait between the interview and visa receipt. Can anyone clear these things up for me? Our interview is June 30th and I'm going to be there with my girl for it. A 10 day delay would really screw up our planning and not very convenient since June is from way up north in Shenyang. Roger, Yes and No It is taking some people up to 2 weeks to get it. My fiancee has been helping out with paperwork and interpreting while she was waiting for her visa. I know Mr Yang appreciated that. She had also been talking to alot of people there. CR1 people seem to be getting their visa a little later. I know that some people who had been getting their Visa's the next day. My fiancee interview was on the 12th and recieved hers today. (4 days because of the weekend) otherwise it would have been 2 days. I did write a nice email to them on Friday the 13th and my fiancee received a call stating not to worry and look on the internet at 5pm and to pick up the following day. Homer, I am sorry to hear about your "Blue". When you wrote your letter, I hope that you didn't write it out of anger. Did you also get this notorized and handwritten (if not re-send it again). Send the copy of your proof and get that notorized too. The family situation question: Does your fiancee have family in China. Answer: Yes, he has me and my family. Hope this helps. She is waiting for her packet at the EMS postal center because she is determined not to leave until she has it in her hands. She is also trying to help as much people she can while she is there by putting the packets together for them and that the English is correct on the forms. Hopefully she gets her visa packet today. Nihao Mr Fang, I want to personally thank you for all the help you gave Jingyuan. You were the lucky charm for the interview that gave us the "Pink". Even though you don't expect anything for your help, please accept a gift coming your way very soon. Looks like it will be about 10 days to 14 days before arrival. I fully recommend his service and hospitality. The price he charges for his room is very cheap because the bonus is that you get a knowledgable husband and wife team who will go out of their way to help you. The biggest hit with the family members for me was Crunchy Peanut Butter in large plastic jars. Very expensive there and very hard to find. Chocolate is always a favorite. (Ghiradelli) Cigarettes if they are smokers. Crown Royal if they are drinkers. Calcium tablets. Things made in the US. (Good Luck with that) Almost all can be purchased at Costco. Jim n Cherry
