    After scheduling the intertview for the K1 visa through ustravelsocs.com.cn, did you wait for the P4 email or just pint out the interview appointment notification and attend the interview with all the necessary docs (affidavit of support, police check, birth certificate, etc..)? Of course I paid the visa fee and got the medical.
