  1. Thank you so much for your swift reply! I appreciate it, so it means i should have arrive to 4 days before the interview so i can have my wife visit US gov approved physician, am I correct?
  2. I am curious what about women who are pregnant, because my wife is already 12 weeks pregnant and doctor forbidden to take any shots/vaccinations so it doesn't affect the baby in the uterus. Help appreciated it.
  3. I keep contacting them via http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/immigrant-visa-unit-question.html but they do not reply to my questions as to what are the further actions after the interview directions which weren't sent via email as they claim to be. Is there any other way for me contacting them because I know they messed up. I would prefer to speak to someone on the phone.
  4. So I have finally received a reply a week ago and damn bureaucrats made some kind of mistake. They claimed that I have been sent "only via email" on january of 21st the further instructions, but i have my email set to be received in inbox only from them and I have received none.... It's been over 3 months delay because of that. I am getting a little bit worried by now, because they are not reply me from the link below. http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/immigrant-visa-unit-question.html I am just flabbergasted why would send via email only interview instructions if such were sent, only via email and not through an actual mail or phone call... sounds so unprofessional of them.
  5. Hi, As you can see I've filed in documents and case officer has reviewed them at guangzhou consulate and they accepted it. Case Creation Date: 05-Nov-2014 Then on January Status Updated Date: 28-Jan-2015 Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed or available within two business days. Under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, Immigrant Visas for "Diversity Visas" cannot be issued after September 30th of the year in which you were selected to apply for a Diversity Visa. For example, entrants into the Diversity Visa Program in Fall of 2011 were selected for Diversity Visa 2012 Program, and selectees MUST apply and receive their visa prior to September 30, 2012 otherwise they lose eligibility to receive a Diversity Immigrant Visa, regardless of additional administrative processing. In addition, please note that some immigrant visas may not be able to be issued if the annual numerical limit for that category has been reached. I was thinking that we'll receive an actual letter from them because of the address being given to them on i864 form, but so far after 2 weeks from the date of Jan of 28th we have received no letter and I am getting a little bit worried if the case has been stalled or something is wrong and I have no idea to find out any information about it. Please assist me. http://imgur.com/qEDOMVAis a link for the photo for the status of the documents after i864 were sent via local bank as requested. http://i.imgur.com/qEDOMVA.png
  6. Weird, I contacted several chinese lawyers in USA, and was told this is so lucky for my wife to get visa on the 1st try, and she just needs to get married again in USA, and file the I-130 and then for the status adjustment I-485, was told is not fraud but easiest way to do it , and shortest.
  7. I am sorry for the delayed reply. It was quite easy to get visitor's visa for her, for some reason Guy just asked simple questions such as why are you planning on going to USA, and she just answered that "my husband is american citizen" and was given " yes" for an answer, but my wife is fairly young and she witnessed many other people get shot down by women but she was lucky to get to the guy in his 30's who asked her questions, so this particular case played in her favor. Edit: Forgot to add, that when it was my wife's turn for window interview, she was told to get in line , but luckily of having witnessed how even a chinese university professor was rejected by a black lady at the interview window, she faked as she had stomach ache and let the guy get in front of her so she could get to talk to Guy instead, which is i find quite hilarious. Anyways, from reading everyone's replies, I am very thankful to everyone, and I guess we'll proceed with Randy W poster's advice, because if there is a chance they might think it is a fraud, I would prefer to avoid their assumption at any costs.
