  1. It just doesn't make sense. I can understand if we were not married. We've been separated for 13 months not going on 14 months. It seems that some VO's want to make peoples lives miserable.
  2. What type of visa did you apply for?
  3. I thought that if everything was approved in the US (which proved our marriage) that was enough.
  4. I am waiting for my wifes e-mail. But from my understanding, she said that she was denied the K-3 visa because she did not bring any e-mails to show that we e-mail each other. And, that she did not bring any pictures to show that I was in China. This does not make sense because to get married in China, I had to be there. They take your picture and put it in a passbook. Anyone have any idea?
  5. Well, my wife just phone me and tole me that she was denied. I do not know any more than that. I am very frustrated. 13 months of waiting for a no.
  6. The medical is done prior to the interview. She went to the hospital in GUZ. Though she completed her medical, she did not receive any vaccinations. The doctor told her she would receive the vaccinations after the visa approval.
  7. I read in a post that someone received a blue because the vaccination was not done prior to the interview. My wife states that the doctor told her the visa must be approved prior to vaccination. Which is correct? Vaccination before or after visa? 8. Sounds great. How do I introduce her? When is ACH? She will arrive in GUZ on Friday. I am working on my master. I am unable to travel to China at the moment. Thx, Carlos
  9. My wife has her interview on 24Sep07. Of course we are nervous as we do not know what to expect. It seems the questions are easy. We have all our documentation. Does anyone know what reasons why there would be issued a blue slip instead of pink? Also, if my wife arrives at 6:30 does that mean that she will likely get an interview quicker? Or does her arrival time at GUZ not matter? Thx, Carlos
  10. I did the same thing for my wife. It wasn't too bad. I used Paint to edit the form. I saved it as a JPG, then e-mailed it to her. Can't wait for Sept 24.
  11. Question: The GIV-24 asks if spouse had more than one marriage or concubine please include. List all children from that relationship. Do I write my ex-wife on this form and children from that marriage? If the children are over 18 do I still list them? Do I list my parents on this form? Thx Carlos
  12. Can this form be filled in Chinese? Does it have to be filled in English? 13. Also, does anyone know if the GIV-24 has to be written in English? Or can it be written in Chinese?
  14. Congratulations. I wonder how yours went so fast. We received our P4 before you but our appointment is not until September 24,2007.
  15. Don't forget the DS-156K - It seems this is for Fiancee visa. Do we need this? We are married. I will ask if she received this. Thx Carlos
  16. What is the DS-156K? Is that different than the DS-156? Is that for children? She does not have any children. Thx Carlos
  17. Thanks, I found the DS-156 and DS-157 forms.

  19. I found this link http://www.candleforlove.com/FAQ/Forms/P4index.htm. Is this where I can find the forms? The concern I have is that it says for K1 and we are K3. Thx Carlos
  20. My wife just received the P4 Package from GUZ. We are applying for the K3 Visa. She needs help filling out the documents. Can anyone send me copies of the documents so I can assister her in filling them out. Or does anyone have a significant other who can help her. She lives in Zhanjiang. We finally received an appointment date of September 24. I can not believe it is so far away but I am glad we finally received the appointment.
  21. I started my application in November 2006. My wife received her P-3 in June. We are still waiting for P-4 and appointment date. 22. Also, yes, she does have a computer.
  23. Sounds like a great idea but I do not know what is in the P3. I have never seen one. I know I have to mail her the I-130. I will be mailing that this weekend. I do not know what she needs to do. Thanks.
  24. My wife finally received her P3 today 13Jun07. NVC mailed the docs to GUZ on 2Apr07. GUZ mailed the P3 to my wife on 7Jun07. I am very happy that she has finally received the docs finally. The problem is, from my understanding, is that the docs are in English and my wife can not read them. I need advice to help her complete the documents. Does anyone have someone in China that she could call? Or any other ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated. 25. This is what I don't understand. I am happy for everyone who is receiving their P3 and Visas but I do not understand why mine is taking so long compared to others, especially when I am in the same time frame as they are.
