  1. The other side of the blue sheet has an instruction on how to submit additional materials both in English and Chinese language. There is a mailing address for you to mail in. You will need to include the original blue sheet(s) with your docs. So, prepare all documents and mail them to your wife. As soon as your wife gets your package, she will need to put those bule sheets in, and re-mail whole thing back to GUZ. Again, every sentence in the blue sheet has a Chinese transaltion, have your wife read them carefully. You should take it very seriously, answer all questions but avoid arguing with GUZ. It would well be your one time shot between approved and denied. Good luck!
  2. Good to hear about your second interview! How long being in your relationship is always a big factor for GUZ, hopefully GUZ will give you an easy VISA this time! I'd been in similar situation not long ago, it was heartbroken to be denied by GUZ. But what else GUZ can do to see thru whos is real or a fraud?
  3. Who has High Credentials????????????? If your Congressman or Pres Obama or other politicians could write GUZ personalized letter, it may help. What about your community leaders or local elected officials? Have them write GUZ letters on your behavior with complete contact info, business cards. Hopefully you will have your next interview soon (if I were you, I would have refiled long ago instead of waiting for return). Since your marriage is into 2.5 years with many trips to see her, you still have good chance to win OV (usually GUZ will see your time in the relation as a good evidence of real, but Fujian is different) . No matter what you do, you need to make sure to let GUZ believe that your case is not a fraud. Put yourself in GUZ, think about what you would consider. You may have a hard fight, man.
  4. short relationship could be a red flag, wedding photos - if you don't have now, make sure to take some before her interview and bring to interview. Ask you workplace to send letter to GUZ in advance (reach GUZ right before the interview would be ideal). Other than photos, GUZ may not see anything she brings to her interview.
  5. it is tough to be coming from Fujian Province, you are even harder because she is from Fuqing, a most famous for "fraud" in terms of immigration matters. You will need luck and VO's mood to get her visa. My suggestion to you is to have people with high credentials invoved in your wife's visa matter so that GUZ can believe your marriage. good luck.
  6. sorry to hear your bad news, I've once been there, I know how you feel. I don't know what you did for your blue, you should have taken it at 110% level, it's one time shot, it's too late now. I asked the GUZ if I could get my original tax 1040s, W2s, etc back after my white slip at ACH, the anwser was no. I also asked if I could file another CR-1 right away, I didn't get a direct anwser but was told that you would hear in 6 month. should I have not received a bule after the white, I would have filed my new CR-1 right away, that's just me. the first floor people at GUZ building may charge $5k if you hire them. No matter what you do, something is certainly going to help - make additional visit(s), take more LOVING photos. if your buget is tight, I would use money for more visits than on lawyer. good luck.
  7. very sorry to hear your blue, but please do whatever you are required by GUZ at 110% level to satisfy them, submit your response only when you have everything ready (110%). GUZ will not accept your documents in ACH. don't forget still to enjoy your time there, you will get your PINK soon.
  8. this is the information I would recommend too, especially if you are blue-sliped or refiling after a white. give them all you have to prove you have a real relationship.
  9. Only one BC for everywhere you stayed in China, that's it.
  10. this is the question on GUZ's blue slip regarding ex-spouse: Explain in detail your realtionship(s) with your ex-spouse(s), explaining how you met; weather you filed an I-130 petition for this spouse; how long you lived together before separating or divorcing( give dates and locations); how many childern you had with this ex-spouse and whom these children currently live with; and why you got divorced.
  11. I highly doubt if it's going to help by bringing letters to the interview, VO has no time to read or even look the other evidences. As many said here before, your case is more likely pre-screened before the interview. The lession I learned was that I should have submitted as much info (on your relationship) as possible to USCIS, those files WILL go to GUZ (in computer form though), I was too kind to people who works at the Goverment by paper reduction of myself. so give all you have when you file with USCIS.
  12. You could call DOS(202 663 1225) to find out some info on your case. if it was a blue, you will have another chance in GUZ soon. if it was white, I would at least try to email GUZ (http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/contactiv.html) to explain your relationship (GUZ more likely would make some note on your case record when you do that, you could also request their supperviser's review on the case, also have your congress office to write to GUZ, the goal by doing these is, if it was white, to keep your case in GUZ, at least you tried, good luck.
  13. don't forget to get some personal letters from your bosses and family friends/members this time, ask if your congrssman office could write you something regarding your relationship; submit anything that has her name on. good luck, you have my prayers.
