WOW ! they told us 10 days and our namecheck would be cleared , but it took 12 days . maybe because we are "black hole petitioners" I really dont know ; it seems like the newer guidlines that are in effect for interviews are going faster ! Hummm! I could be wrong about the later part ...

What should my fiance expect at the port of entry (San Francisco) ? I heard there will be no significant delays .... Most is the bagage wait ! Any in fo to help ?/ Thank you , panda

Sorry, I forgot to mention our interview was on dec. 31 ....approved the same day ! On may the first Sara told us , "it will be at least ten days" before name was cleared ; our case had been sent to a final clearence dept. . Still unsure what that meant ! Thank you again everyone ! Andy and Ying

Sara told us our namecheck will be cleared in a total of 10 days on the first of May ; today I called DOS and was told it was cleared and gz was notified on May 22. Now what next : travel , ems ,???? ! Thank you everybody !! Sincerely, Andy and Ying (California -Beijing)

dont feel bad me and my fiance have been waiting for over 6 months and there are more out there that have been waiting longer ! yes, alot of people who applied after us have recieved their visa before us ; the mian thing is to concentrate your energy on the positive side of these issues that we all face. good luck and keep hope alive ! panda
