I hope we don't break the PINK string. I just read that D&Z just got a blue at Guangzhou for AP, what ever that is, does anyone know what that is and why D&Z isn't on our Dec. interview dates? Their interview was on the 24th. I all so just read that crazybanna just got white, I feel so sorry for him and his finace. I hope he write and tells us why and what happen.

Probably 6 months to a year if you're lucky, they may end up denying the visa on a non bonafide relationship, have contigency plans in place. Can you please tell me what AP is. I feel for you and your finace, hang in there, I think my finace is going to get blue on the 28, because of this CCP thing she belongs to because of her work. I haven't read anthing about your AP blue issues as of yet. Did they ever tell you why you had to wait 32 days in NVC? What was the reson?

Man this is GREAT! Louis got his pink too and now Tom is up at bat! THINK POSITIVE!! Congrats to all!!! Concrats Louis, now there is just 5 of us left in December, 2 of them on Dec. 24 then my fiance on the 28 and 2 on the 29, lets hope and pray all get pink.

Congrates, My fiance and I have been going over all kinds all of questions, I sure hope the ccp things doesn't hold things up, but we areready for that to, she has a copy of the questions, her answers in english and in chinese and a nice letter, so wish us luck and say a paryer for us. On the form GNI-2, in packet #4, has anyone answered #17 A, B, or C with a YES? My fiance is a member of the CCP and I think she should answer #C with a YES, but it sounds so bad. Do anyone know what she is to write in the area where is states I claim to be exempt from ineligibility to receive a visa and exclusion under item______in part_____for the following reasons.

That's a BIG shift in policy for GUZ to even be aware of the USCIS' age 21 limitation, let alone to warn you about it. For us, the USCIS (at my wife's AOS interview) and GUZ encouraged us to get a visa "right up to age 21". They can be VERY accommodating with your son. Unfortunately, it will hinge on how soon they complete the processing for your fiance's visa - your son cannot get his visa before she gets hers. Randy, I was surprise too, but she read me the letter inside her #3 packet, I wrote a letter to the chief of the consulate and he email me back the very next day about the CCP issue, then I called a few days later and DOC gave me the interview date 12-28, she has yet to receive packet #4, but should be coming soon. The cheif said for her to bring her letter and the questions and answers to the interview about the CCP as they couldn't take them now, and that it was up to the interviewer if their would be any additional delays or materials needed. It was encourageing news

We have our interview on December 28, I thought there was only 2 interview date a month?

We would never lie about anything, i was just trying to find out if there was any way to shorten the 4 months, as the boy will be 21 in April and her interview is 12-28. I was hoping that someone had went threw all of the same as we are going threw and could shed some light on my concerns.

Has anyone received a blue slip because they were a member of the CCP? and if so has anyone received a pink slip after receiving a blue slip because of the CCP issue? What did you have to go threw to get the pink? How long did the additional background check take before you got your pink slip?

I thought there was something wrong with Guangzhou sending a txt message, it has been 1 week now since it has been deliverd, so maybe soon we will get a interview date. You would think sooner then later, because in #3 they wrote a letter to my fiance that said her son birthday is in April and he would be 21, so please send in #3 as soon as possible, and we did the very next day.

My fiance received her #3 on 10-2 and sent it in on 10-3, then on 10-4 she received a tex message from Guangzhou that they received her package#3, and this was at 8:00pm she got the tex message. Has anyone ever heard og Guangzhou sending a tex message? To this date we still haven't got a interview date. DOC told me it hasn't been inter into the system yet. Not sure how long that will take.

I am thinking my fiance will get a Dec. interview date, she sent in her #3 yesterday. Guangzhou even wrote her a letter stating that her boy birthday was getting close 4-13-2010 and to send in her #3 as soon as possible. Now we wait for a interview date. Then we will wait again because of the additional background check because she is a member of the ccp. 001 tells her that most of the time it hasn't taken to long for the additional check. She will ask the interviewer if he could put a rush on the additional check, because of the boy's age.

Yes my fiance work address is where she would like for #4 to go. She still hasn't received #3 yet and DOC has told me it was sent ou on the 20th and now just told me it was sent out on the 23rd. Maybe I need to call Guz.

I have called 2 times to DOC and both times I have been told 2 different dates that #3 has been sent out to my fiance. She has never received #3 yet. Does anyone know the # to Guz. and will Guz tell me anything?

Is it ok to put my work address on the EMS mailing label, as much of our mail we are not sure we get at our home address. We have a small mail box and afraid they won't leave #3.
