Can any one help me draft a letter to the CO in my sister In-Laws Case as to inquier why the Visa was Denied and ask for a face to face with the VO and explain why the Visa was deined Michael

I Just Sent Email to my 2 Senators and my Local Congressman . See what they can do I will remind them that My union supported them and if they want that to continue they better help .or I will tell my Union to withdraw the support Michael

Hello My Friends My wife's sisters tourist visa was denied for the second time. The first time we did not have enough paperwork. This time we submitted all the necessary documents the affidavit of support almost everything identical what we would have with a CR-1 or a K-1 visa. It was denied again , is there some way I can contact the consulate in Shenyang to find out why it was denied. My next step is to contact my two senators local congressperson. Has anyone had a similar incident like this and what has been your results Michael in Seattle

we are sending a care package to china . Ling wants to send some Baby oil for her granddaughter also some body lotion We are using USPS .

How Easy is it for my Wife's Daughter and Granddaughter get a visa ( Granddaughter is 8 )

I really think it is very important for you to at ten the interview for your wife / fiancee . . If something were to go wrong for any reason you need to be there to fix things much faster . I went threw this myself . it could of been up to 1 month longer to get my Wife here . I was luck I was able to fix it very Fast with the help of a Senior V.O. Please consider coming to China for your Fiancee or Wife's interview. It will be much easier for the both of you and it wil be nice to go threw Costumes immigration together Michael-Sean

Hello Friends Ling just passed her Visa interview , there was a typical S. N. A. F. U. with the government with 1 form I submitted then they say they only wanted the other long form of the Document. ( I-864 EZ) I was able to resubmit the form and they will process Ling's visa in 3 days . We plan to relax in Shenzhen then fly to her home and return to the USA on the 17th . be careful when you come to China for the interview . It is very important that you attend the interview . it could save months if something were to go wrong. Michael & Ling

we turned in the doc's on Thursday . We will line up at 07:00 for the interview . I will update later today

Our Big Day [ s ] are coming up . We turn in Doc's on the 1st the big Day is the 2 of Nov. I really think you all should use the services of Yang, Jiahua to prep your paper work and pre your wife or fiancee . it will pay off in the end. we started the process in Jan. we met 2.50 years ago . We are doing the CR1. I wil update this in Friday after she receives the Visa

Hello Brothers and sisters I have received the notice that all documents have ben received and I am awaiting the Interview date to be scheduled . I have all of my documents all original . I have of the papers I sent to The NVC. We oped for Electronic filing . I have 2 sets . of all the documents I sent the Office. I have 300 photos . I have the packing slips of the 5 boxes of Clothing she send me . i have letters she sent me threw the Postal service . What else should I bring Thank you for your support and Help . Michael-Sean

Hello Friends I was hoping for Hotel near the US Consulate . walking Distance would be nice . I tried doing searches but they were not much help . I do not want the rental appartment , also a good place to Have Ling's Medical appointment . It looks like our interview will be in Early Oct .

I just received notice Ling's visa cleared CDC . its on it's way to NVC . Ok here is the prep I need . I was married before to a chinese woman I brought over on a K-1 ,it did not work out . so I now have a new chinese wife ( we were married in China ) . what type of questions could they ask my wife about my ex wife ? Hello Brothers & Sisters I wil be traveling soon to Guangzhou for Ling's interview . I would like to to ruffly know how much it will cost me to stay there for the duration of the interview and medical exam hotel food taxi ? i think we wlil be there for a week ( 7 ) days or less

I met a new and Very Special Lady [ LING } she Lives in Liaoyang we were married in China We have started the Visa Process.I would like to know If Anyone else has gone threw a second Visa .
