I would try to get a visa card account and have your funds sent to that account.. any time you want with draw money you can use any atm ... banks are getting tighter trying to see what moneys are coming and going..if you have bigger money you can always western union it to your self..then open an account in China.. I had accounts at ICBC when I was there..they can hold US dollars for you or RMB your choice and lots of ICBC atms around... good luck with your travels what part of china will you go to... bring steak sauce A1 with you..and buy lots of deoderant those things are hard to find...and any other things you might miss..also recomend neosporin and asprins and other cold medicines.. they just dont have a CVS around the corner... so bring one with you stock up.....better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it Right.. You are the man simple as that thanks .. she asked to see our stuf but we didnt bring any thing i was just on a fact finding mission.. we will file monday or tuesday I think we got every thing and are ready the vacines were the last thing I thinnk we needed it looks like we are go for the 485 and the other 2 or 3 that are filed together,. hope this is a smooth flight I dont like turbulence..peace

Sweet..... Didn't you need her SS card along with Passport...if she's only been with you in the US she won't have much proof. I keep hearing the PSA on TV and wonder what we have to face...ZZ that was the first thing they guy asked do you have social and i said no she needs this to get that.. then he asked for the three pieces I said only have one so my mom came in with the water bill elecrt and some car reg, and sigend that she stays in that house so got the id now need wait 30 days for thast i also read cant get social or dont try untill after 10 days in USA we are at like day 6 now so i might go any way and see if she is in the system yet get the social and keep get ting more info and filing in forms the new on that scars me is I neede to save some papre from my K 1 filing and we dont have it.? NO2 or somthing i think its called.?

They wouldnt let her put her new married name on the ID so we got one with her original name.. and its not printed on the spot the guy told me you must wait 30 days for a ID if your not citizen .. hope that doesnt slow down my filing.. and a head up for all those wanting to get state ID. need 2 or 3 papers ( bills, letters, car reg anything, showing the address your spouse lives at with her name or you will need 3 and a paper signed that you aknowledge that she is living with you. etc the guy also refered me to a small office near by since its Miami. I might go there after the S.S office tomorrow see if they can help with the avalance of paper work that I will prepare over the next few days.got to keep this thing rolling I think I need to get her to do the vacanices next befroe the filing of the 485 so that might be next. that is why the offioce could help I can show them what I got and they can help tell me what we need and where to go . Form I-765 is application for EAD, you file it along with form I-485 when adjusting status, you are basing EAD application on a pending I-485. Line 16 on form I-765 should be coded (C )(9 ) "Based on pending I-485" This EAD is part of the $1010 paid for form I-485. For some odd reason USCIS also give option to apply for EAD before filing I-485, the code is (A )(6 ) Based on K-1 status, HOWEVER this costs $340 or so, EXTRA, and EXPIRES 90 days after entry to the USA, a waste of $$$ since in most cases the I-765 cannot be approved BEFORE I-94 EXPIRES. Your the man again ! if your ever in the Miami area looks us up.. I will go government center tommorw and turn in our wedding stuff get some copies and then social security maybe try to get the state id with her new name. and start filling in the 485 and other stuff to go with it. again thanks for all the help.. peace and love Eric and kayla

how do I get A " EAD" Note to work she will need EAD or Green-card. A K-1 is "work auth" only for the 90 days of the I-94, and if employer is picky and reads I-9 employment verification can refuse employment unless can show a PHOTO-ID EAD or Green-card. So the 485 is nation wide, so being in miami has no disadvantages, I was reading early on that miami was the worst place to file all this stuff due to the massive daily imagrations, maybe that was for something else , I hope thats the case. she wants to work all we have is the passport and the little white card witch now I see is called the I-94. I will try get social after monday at he court house and our civil ceromony.

we arrried yesterday and i got one of my bags from AA a day later, of corse they stole my sun glasses, a big thing of tea, we had planed to celebrate with, some swiming glasses and who knows what else .I pretty sure even if i file a claim I not going to see money I read lots of stories about others saying TSA robbed them and i am sure they or the workers just helped them selves to what ever they wanted from my bag, any way i am over all that and what this AOS to go smooth. I went to court house and we stared the marry cert. go back on monday to get that done.after that can you give me a play by play or a step by step list . I know i dont want to make any mistakes it took 11 months for the fiance visa and yes she wants to work.ASAP.. i added her to my bank also so I will have that also any tips and tricks for US would be so awesome and we will be grate full to all those who help with my K1 i had all kinds of isssues with my work and 3 years in china and didnt have W-2's but we over came that thanks god I filed each of those years I got employment letters ready for this next round .. I have some stuff on a list i dont want to list it here if any one can trow me a bone of what they best next steps would be .. I read on another post do the 131 and 765 with my 485 ok looking for ward to read and hear from you guys.. I am up early here hope Miami isnt the longest cause lots of people imagrate here... thanks for every ones help.. my case was so unique I dont think any one will face the same challeges .. I lived and worked in China for 3 years.. the last year trying to get a fiance visa wow.. they didnt like my taxes and said I abanded my domical , So I had to prove my taxes were legit paid IRS to send them direct to GZ.. and also prove I didnt abondon my domicile not easy to do when you been gone for 3 years.. a few other things helped like employment letters.so its all done now got pink on wednesday, monday embassy was colubus day didnt remember that so just another part of the long road that tomorrow will be done my honey goes to post office will pick up the visa all is good, thanks friends E.P.

We ( Eric and Kayla ) had to send I think it was form 1086 form with about 170 dollars for 3 years of taxes sent from IRS directly to GZ most people never heard of them doing this but we did it and I also added a letter from a US compnay saying I have a job in USA and I sent in more bank statments and mortage statments and any thing I could get my hands on that showed Domicle. That was the other thing requested on the blue slip... So my Fiance just got letter saying bring passport into Embassy so I think that means we got the Visa thanks for everything.. and yes you can over come the blues but make sure when they ask for somehting go over kill to get it and get and submit it clean and clear.. my case was unique as I have been in China for 3 years... with my girl for 2 so it was no doubts about our reationship, just doubts about going to USA and supporting her etc... looks like we over came it all.. thanks again good luck to all.. its a long ride..hang on tight... i think for 57 dollars they will send them around the world.. fill out form 4056 or what ever then they will at least they better..

here is the thing. i gave them copyes of my tax returns.. now they want the irs to send them the same copyes i gave them allready .. I didnt make anything up.. but there will be no W -2 and no 1099 included. i just filed stating my income.. each year.. so what they saw they will see again... then what that is my real question what will they say when they see the same Sh_t they just saw.. I will get the domicile stuff together my mom is helping me as I am still in china.. i want to fly back with my girl.. but I need pink first.. so thanks guys.. I will surly keep you posted.. while my mom is gathersing my stuff for my domicle i will wait for the resonce of an email i sent to the vo asking what they think will be different in the retunrs from IRS versus the ones i furnished,. that schould be an interestin reply.. I might have to go in person to the embassy but i only get one day off per week. and not sure i want to go off on them just yet.. so i am in a holding pattern.. after email i will order the IRs to send direct might take 60 days and then who know how long before they say we got it its cool or its not cool need this or that more.. A person obtains an IRS-certifed copy by submitting IRS Form 4506, and paying the requisite filling fee. the 4506t is free they not asking for that.. the ask for 4506 thats 57 dollars each... but again i do not have any w-2's or 1099's I get paid cash..... I am starting to get a bad feeling.... sucks...yea maybe i should have just married then filed.. the f 1 i filed becasue i thouhgt it would be the fastest if my contract here expired I got luck y and kept getting new contracts so i just went with it.. now looks like my contract is going to an end and if i got pink it would have been perfect now looks like ai m getting bent over.. if i dont have a 1099 or any w-2 I wonder what they will think again they got the copies all ready nothing going to change when they see these new ones. ecxcept there IRS buddies get some extra cash...again sucks...

Ah i didn't know it only had one seat left...wow ,i guess business is good then,if its already sold out in june for an August flight....no need to sell cheap tickets,when people are paying top dollar for them.Good idea about the two way ticket,return date far out in the future,but then i still will have the dilema,when the wife returns back to USA,they will screw me ,with a one way ticket more money than the two way ticket....hahaha...... or just keep buying the 2 way tickets ... travel every year say hi to friends and family go shopping, site seeing, climb the great wall...

hello please tell me what is the black hole is it GZ ? my fiancee is going to try to get her visa from there soon. we just got I guess its called package 2 so she went to get all the things noterized.. she has mailed in the envelope with the return address so that is the steo we are on... can some one tell me if all goes well when she will get the visa and wen we can go to USA..?? also my biggest question is once we are in USA.. yes i know 90 days get married quick file the AOS so stay leagl.. please some one explain something about advance parol or if we want to come back to china for say a wedding there can we or what or how can we go back to china maybe to work.. and with out any issues.. I am so new at all of this but this web site has been great,, so this will be my first test any one who has been threw these steps please let me know will ww be traped in USA.. or what do we need to do so we are not trapped and if so how long etc.?? thank to any oen for any adivse..
