Hey Aaron, I can try to answer your first question. As for the second one it's better to let Hellen call Zhuhai local Public Security Bureau or the PSB of your wife's Hukou place. Even she got her "green card"(CR1 visa or two-year green card), she is still a Chinese passport holder, therefore she is still required for Visas application to go to other countries, though much easier comparing to other Chinese without a "green card". I heard some cases on 001 that Green card holders can go to Canada and Mexico without appling the visas. Please correct me.

It took eight days to get my P4 from GUZ to Shenzhen. Previously I phoned 4008 they told me normally takes 3 weeks to get it. I did the same thing as your SO did that i put a ready EMS address sheet in my P3 to GUZ, and later GUZ does use it as my P4 address sheet.

Hi,there, As for fingerprint, I really don't have any idea. What I am curioused is since you are working in China, so i presume that you got work permit and resident visa of China. If you got those things, you can do your wife's visa through Direct Consulte Filing at Beijing, Chendu, Shengyang and GuangZhong. Which will save you a lots of time I mean you may let your wife get her visa in 4 or 5 months, and dealing all things inside of China instead of between China and USA. This is just my point, maybe this is not necesary for your case now. Anyway it's just my idea. Thanks for your time.
