  1. my 6 month single entry visa expires september 26 and I will have to go to Hong Kong to get another one. do you know if this same visa can be got in Hong Kong and where and for what price. this is the only visa china has that you can stay longer than 30 day stay at one time.
  2. colors are not always true we got a blue on white paper july 30th. I guess the $44.00 a minute interview is not enough money so they can afford to buy office supplies.
  3. this is total bull sh*t if this is the reason for so much cost why are they doing nothing to stop the illegals from mexico and giving social security to boot out of the taxes you paid not them. It is nothing but another get the working mans money. from Feb 2002 until Feb 2008 I got my exwife all the way from K-1 to citizenship for less than 900 hundred dollars paid to INS now thanks to our great leader MR. BUSH it will only cost you over $2600.00 just to INS to do the same now and still the very sorry service as before Our big Brother is total ROTTEN TO THE CORE AND WILL NEVER GET BETTER. Why do you think there is so many retired people moving out of the usa to have a better life? And the rich people are doing it too to beat the taxes. {edit} Fix broken Quote Tags
  4. This is not as old as you may think there is still a lot of problems in Guangzhou. While some men come to china one time for 2 weeks to meet fiancee and then only send emails for a year and get approved on K-1. My fiancee was given a blue July 30th for one of the reasons being non bonafied relationship and this is with me living with her for 15 months showing consulate 3 consective 6 month visas to China and 2 police certifcates notarized showing I have lived at same address as my fiancee for 15 months. Here is another rip off by them for interview fee I had to pay for 2 interviews my fiancee and her daughter $134.00 each then their interview was together for a whole 6 minutes just $44.00 a minute and the bule we got was printed on white paper their bugget is to tight to afford blue paper office supplies. my friend just had her interview august 6th with her 4 year old boy she also paid for 2 interview fees. They are only making money they don't care about your life. The other part of the scam in Guangzhou is that a 3 hour medical exam and 6 minute interview takes no less than 5 days to get your visa in your hand our 9 hour train trip to there cost me over 9 hundred dollars and we stayed in a 150 yuan ($22.00) a day hotel {edit} Repair quote tags.

  9. I just got this email from a Friend of mine from Arizona he just got to Guangzhou Sunday night Monday morning his fiancee went for medical exam. He went to the USA men's meeting they have every Monday at 2:30 for the American men to ask questions of any thing they want to know about. his fiancee has her interview in the morning 6-10-09. Here is his email to me: Hello Bob,----i'm in Guangzhou the last 3 nights. Today her & daughter passed their medicals with no problem. Took approximately 4 hours. The weather is great, but I'm getting bored here. There are plenty of places to get decent food, but not much else to do unless you know where to go.--I went to the (American citizen's) meeting....it was total B.S.---you go to a window such the same as DMV--they give u a # and u go up, and ask them a question of your choice----bunch of bull crap!!---alot of guys going to this had their fiance's visa denied, but they were given no answer why--so these guys were just looking for answers, --but got nothing from them about why they failed....I guess the girls have to pay another visa fee on top of the medical fee(800) yuan or so-----I have already gone thru 5000 yuan ($732.70)since being here 2 days!!!---Hell!!! So it looks like Guangzhou is still holding up to their bad reputation. maybe a class action law suite is what they need for treating people the way they do. But if you look at it another way I am sure glad they are protecting us in America from all these dangerous fiancee's and wives while our southern back door is open to Mexico with medical care and ss checks free schooling and now green cards too??????
  10. yes our packet 3 came from embassy in Guangzhou and yes they ask for I-134 in packet 3 in china The I-134 is sent in with the P3 ? That's some new bits - but hei - GUZ IV does change things up a bit - must be the season. In other recent cases, the I-134 was presented at Interview Day. Perhaps this is something new? Warmest Regards... UPDATE hey guys we were all wrong from our guessing about the G-235 so I mailed it to them but also the same day emailed them to see what they really needed you know the answers are 5 to 7 days later well they answered my email yesterday what they wanted was the DS-230 & of-169 for the daughter so I mailed it to them today. and yes the daughter has been listed on all forms from the I-129f all the way through. AND I MEANT I AM A US CITIZEN BY BIRTH AND RETIRED NOW FOR 6 YEARS
  11. thanks guys the G-325 is my guess too and yes she was listed on the I-129f forms too, I'm sending a G-235 for the daughter tomorrow just incase that is what they want it sure can't hurt anything. beings I am a retired us citizen I don't think I need to prove anything to the embassy
  12. Hopefully the consulate did not do what they said in OF-169 and DESTROY the I-134. I would send another to the Beneficiary just in case. I am living here in yudu china with my fiancee since May 5th 2008 and will be here until we get her visa. I can produce all the copies of every form they want. All forms and translations and notarizing already finished and copies ready for interview

  14. yes our packet 3 came from embassy in Guangzhou and yes they ask for I-134 in packet 3 in china
  15. Embassy had recieved our packet 3 5-22-09 I sent the OF-169, I-134 and the DS-230 with the daughters name added as joining us to America. this is all they ask for in packet 3. this happened today at 16:48 to us. The embassy phoned my fiancee and said they needed information abouT her 18 year old daughter. my fiancee understanding is they wanted something numbered 365 I know there is nothing numbered 365. I was home at this time so my fiancee ask the woman if she spoke english SO I COULD TALK TO HER. HER ANSWER TO MY FIANCEE WAS "IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS" So I sent an email to the embassy after that happen and ask them to tell me what information they want now all I can do now is wait 5 to 7 days for an answer from them.
  16. i just went thru the k1 and k2 and my stepdaughter is 18 and the father had custody on the divorce papers. once the child reaches 18 custody doesnt matter and you dont need a letter from the father. its even on the guz website somewhere. good luck! OK THANK GUYS I had read that before too. so I don't have any worries and yes iI did put her name on K1 application
  17. It's a matter of who has legal documented custody. If the mother has legal custody as documented in the divorce, then the paperwork should indicate that. As far as the father, it would be much better if you could get a notarized letter from him that states he is willing to let his daughter leave China, and has no objections; while this won't be necessary if the mother has legal custody, it would be a nice touch. Has the daughter lived with her mother since age two? Another issue to consider, is the daughter's current age. Remember, in order for the daughter to be legally considered on Visa paperwork, she must be under 21 years of age on the date the visa is approved. Thank you I think we can get the letter from father with out problem. we was approved march 20th on K1 sould have interview late July I hope so. I have no worry about getting daughters green card before she is 21
  18. my fiancee has been divorced since her daughter was 2 years old and have lived in another city from her father all her life. my question does she need a letter for permision to leave China from him. he has never had custody of the daughter. daughter is now 18 years old.
