It is a rule, a very old rule, as in back in the 50s'. I saw the actual rule in hardcopy in FAA documentation back in the late 90's. As far as I know, the rule was never rescinded, but then, it may have. I doubt it would be a highly publicized event. But, as they did say, depending on the airline, the ticket agent may or may not have heard of it or may choose to help you or not, so getting huffy about it won't help you. I was not being sarcastic. My Fiancee has a 17 year daughter at the time I filed the 129F she did not want to go to the USA but now she has changed her mind. My problem is that I did not include in the application her name or 325 form or passport pictures. Beings that we have not received our NOA2 at this time is it possible to send all her information to Vermont and have her added to my application now?

Hi every one I'm new here and new to this whole screwed up thing of Chinese k1 visas they call processing. Why don't they call it Guangzhou storage company. But what bothers me the most is that why can't one USA office send anything direct to the USA embassy without the Chinese customs getting it first and holding it for 90 days. so does this include faxes, phone calls, computer file transfers and what ever comunications goes from one USA office to another USA office? I know for a fact a k1 that goes to Moscow it goes direct from NVC to USA embassy there and they process 150 visa interviews every week. They also have a online web site you can check on your case at the embassy without going to the bank to pay to get permision to call some contract company in ST. Petersburg like you do here to call Shanghai and talk to some one that don't know crap about your case for only $1.65 per minute. Where is the quicker service we are paying triple price for that good ole MR. BUSH promised you??????

Houston embassy gave me a 6 month 1 entry $157.00 and then I got second one here in Ganzhou 920 yuan ($134.52)
