Congrats, can you more specify what you said that they had assigned her another case number and they input the GUZ number but the case is under another case number. If we want to call DOS/GZ, how can we know we had been assigned a different number or not? ST

The DOS and GZ disappoint us at many important days, I hope they won't fail us again before 2/14 Valentine's Day. Any August interviewee has the resub as me recently? St

I called DOS today and knew that our case got re-submitted again today (11/16/02 for last resub, 8/20/02 approved visa), it requires at least 2 to 3 weeks to clear without guarantee. As a Chinese American, it’s so sad to miss the biggest holiday for Chinese family reunion. Any August interviewee got the resub recently? As we know that all non-immigrant visas don’t require name-check or security clearance, how does DOS control these people and make sure he or she won’t harm US? It’s not really fair for us. I know school has the responsibility to report it if the student didn’t attend school at no reason for days. Perhaps the invited company can track the business visa. Why DOS just want us to wait such a long time and doesn’t ask our local police to do the simple security job for instead. What I mean that DOS can ask us to report to the local police station and do some quick security questions at certain days until the case get clear. Just my 2 cents.

My fiancee use a nickname and a yahoo e-mail account to post some messages at 001. She received two e-mails subject "Call page " and "Language" "from GZ but there were no content at all, each has an attachment called "class.scr" and "HTML.pif". Guess what, they both have virus in it. Does your lady at 001 encounter this issue recently? Perhaps the e-mail system at GZ were infected by virus that sent out non sense e-mail. Tell your ladies at 001 to beware of the e-mail from GZ that has the attachment in it. ST
