anybody can advice on this question? The chinese address put on the I-129F is what is used to send out the P3... if that is filled out properly, there should not be any problems. In some cases, a USC reports having received the P3 in the US! Usually this traces back to a problem with the chinese address put on the form., so they send it to the US address. the chinese address should be correct, i had my dad help me write it because my chinese writing is really bad... All they are going to do is look at the USCIS website and then type you a letter saying they are working on it, trust me I know whats happening there. They can do NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! been there doen that. your congresswoman will have a case worker find the update for you, i'm pretty sure the case worker has her contacts in the service center.
