first of all i want to thank all of you, i posted very little but followed this sight everyday for many months. my wife passed her interview yesterday thanks for all the help

hi to all, a little help, my cr-1 made it to Guangzou 1 month before the k-3 did, even after going thru the nvc for the cr-1, my interview is sept 14, 13 months after i first filed the i-130, the consulate recieved the cr-1 and 1 month later recieved the k-3, so they combined them together, and it is a cr-1. the cr-1 was sent to the consulate and only 5 months later and much less hassle once she is here Keith

hi my wife called and said the p-4 says she needs the i-864 and employee letter, and 3 most recent tax papers, but i gave the originals to the ncv, and paid the fees, and they sent them to to the consulate with rest of the papers, so the nvc says she does not need them, i sent a e-mail to the Consulate with no reply yet, what do you guys think? i cant sent her the originals as stated in the p-4, cause i sent them to the nvc. thanks Keith

hi wanted everone to know my wife recieved her p-4 in the mail today, i was very worried cause it was sent 7-28-2005. or they say. we are so happy now, we were woried of loss or wrong address, all the other p-4 seamed seamed to come much sooner good luck to all of you Keith

hi guys, i would like to comment, also i have flown to hk twice, and taken a bus to Shenzen, and also a plane to Nanning, you are only entering china once,either way, and only need a single entry visa. i am sure of this. hope this helps

thanks for the help, i called my wife and she will call EMS soon, i will call dOS monday and see what they say, and wait till the end if next week and e-mail guangzou see if they can send another, or verify the address they sent it to. i will try to get some sleep tonight. thanks for all the advice keep you guys informed Keith

hi all my wife has her interview on sept 14, i was just in Nanning 2 weeks ago, and the interview is 6 weeks early from the timeline, i will not be there. Keith

thanks guys for all the help, yesterday i sent a e-mail to Guangzou, and they said if she does not get the p-4 2 weeks before the interview to e-mail them again. i am a cr-1, so she did not get a p-3 from the consulate, i will tell her to call the post office also. so close to interview yet so far it seams hope all goes well with all of you Keith

hi so happy to got a interview date. i called DOS a week ago, and they gave me the date of Sept 14, and said the p-4 was sent yesterday to my so. it has been 8 days now and she did not recieve it yet. she lives in a small town out from Nanning, is the mail slow there, should i call someone about this, DOS, e-mail consulate? or wait longer? ant advice will help alot thanks for your time Keith

hi my p-4 was sent last week and the interview for sept. 14, i am a cr-1 i was married July 27, 2004. the cr-1 does not take much longer than what most think, about 2-3 months longer i guess.

it is and the almost for sure that you need to go to her hometown for marraige, i had to travel for 3 hours by bus to get married the whole process there took 10 minutes, they just checked all the paperwork, and i few days later she had to get the liscense and translations we wanted to get married where she live but had to go to her hometown Keith

hi hope to see you in L.A the 8 :05 flight is ok, but they couldnot book it for me cause of not enough time, the flight at 9:30 was cancelled, they told me that the if i get there and there is space on the 8:05 flight i can take it. ??? but not sure. want to see you in L.A. if that is ok i will tell you my age and what i will be wearing thanks Keith

the reason i will be there is because my flight to nanning was cancelled for the morning and i must wait for the next flight thanks for the help.

hi please help me,i will arrive in GUZ on sunday the 17th of july at 6:30 a.m. and cant get a flight now till 4 p.m., i am not sure what to do there i like to shop, and see the city tho, and would like to get a massage, this is my 3rd time to china but i do not speak the language.any ideas would be great thanks

need more help, this is ohioboy and last night i got a e-mail from the consulate that says-the case is under necessary pre-interview processing we will notify the applicant once the interview date is set. please wait for our imformation.- i guess this is good news, i am not sure? i guess they recieved the cr-1 that was send april 15 from nvc. with a cr-1 will they send her a p-3 or was that done at the nvc? please i understand i have a long wait but what do i need to do next? i guess just wait? should i call the pay service and see what they say? thanks for all the advice. hi to all this is my first post, my cr1 was approved march 30 and sent to china on april 15 i sent e-mail and called using the pay as you go, they say they do no have the papers in computer and cant tell me anything, what should i do, and with a cr-1 will they send this to her or was this done with all the papers at the nvc, and the p-4 what is this is it just info for her on interwiew? any help would be good thanks Keith
