Any one knows whether this INS disease will influence those who has already had visa interview? Do we need to call INS to find out? I am just too worry about anything now!

Me too, I am in Los Angeles. I once email Mrs. Boxes, a few months ago. Never have anything in reply.

Even though I know that I will get nothing from them, I just can not hold of myself. I just called again. My case is still pending! I was just too hurt! What can we do? Any bigger plan beside calling and emailing? I want her now! I dont want to waste my time listening XXXX. We have been lied too much. Just a list of those: 1, At interview, "We will mail you a letter to pick up your visa in about two weeks!" 2, After two weeks, at GUZ Consulate web site, something like delay visa for 6-8 week" 3, After 8 weeks, We were told, "delay will be about 2 to 3 months" 4, After 3 months, Good sign, they start issuing visa. "5100 visa has been sent to Guang-zhou, maybe they have not enter your fiance's name into computer yet, call next week". So I called three times each week. "Not yet, still pending" is all I got. 5, After a months, something like, "We are working very hard to clear up the backlog", and "we try to clear the backlog by Jan 4". You guys know what happened. 6, Then we found out there were few for August interviews. We were told that Aug is a back hold. Some error for August group. 7. Then we were told or asked to have Guang-zhou resubmit name. Jan 4-13, all name were resubmited, they said. 8. Then we were told, "It took about 2-3 weeks after resubmittion". Now, Three weeks is right at the corner. Who know what's gone be next? Our wonderful group members, is that enough for us? Are we still listen up and believe? Why do we still wait for until next week for action? I am just too fraustating! I want her now!

I keep asking myself, do I still have hope to see my fiance get her visa? When is the ending for our visa delay? I was keep telling, "call back next week". My hope had been putting down so many times! Could they just give up a exact time line? Stop their lie! Tell me if my fiance is a risk to this country, then I will give up evertything I have here and go back china to live with her. Let her risk me!
