i totally agree with this. it has been reported many times on this site that visa issuance can take up to 12 days, so everyone should plan accordingly. Congrats! we know the frustration but count your blessing. many here didn't even pass the first time around and TOLD NOTHING OF WHY. Many here would gladly trade places with you. Don't rock the boat too much, they are others behind you hoping to 'PASS'. Stay flexible. good luck. Well Stated.. We booked a flight out of GUZ last year before our blueslip for a K1. We waited for visa in hand this time. CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time griping with your whole future wide open in front of you.

I also had a previous K-1 marriage that ended after 4 years to a woman from Russia (don't ever do that). I just covered it very well in my I-129F and it will also be covered in my EOR letter that I give to my fiancee to take to interview. It is good to hear that there seem to be alot more Pink lately. Robert I did just as the current recommendation says her at CFL says.. (it is, Brilliant, really) ..... put the new EOR notarized, at the ACH or ACS, folded in my passport and told my wife to give it to the VO when they asked for her Passport. The impression of this act by the VO was obvious by her extraneous comments and surprise, ... oh.. , great,.. marvelous, he's here.. then?... good. A point to note here is although I thought my wife had been listening to me and understood why I insisted on being at the ACS she really didn't get the connection to it all until I told her, that the VO that I saw would probably be the one that interviewed her.....? So much gets lost in translation...and the same with the VO's they are probably seeing a few hundred people and losing the connection is very easy to miss, unless you can make it stand out! The Friday ACS with a Monday interview might have helped us out.. And to think I was disappointed that the VO didn't have any questions for me, at 1:30 pm Friday.. of course not, after a full week of hundreds of Chinese visa applicants! Just the one I got wears me out in a few hours a days.. dealing with people on this scale is not easy for humans.

....also at the check in when the assistant asks for your original documents, she was asked for 2006 & 2007 taxes (2008 filed with i-864) . The VO asked for other evidence like email, phone or chat logs, she gave her the newest six months of Skype logs (2 years sent with original i-130) and a few recent emails (10) she was handing her a big stack of cards and letters and the VO said, no thanks that's enough.. your approved. She picked up her passport and visa today at 09:00. and when talking with one of her new friends that stayed at the Yangs, two of the girls that stayed there got called back on Monday...?, for document issues and were told they would need to supply something more...? Did you process the K3 or CR-1? Great news by the way!!! Oh sorry I sa pose my time line is a bit cryptic This was for the CR1 using the electronic processing. We were going to go with a K3 at HK but HK only use snail mail and will not use EMS even on request (need to use an lawyer). The p3 took over a month to receive. While waiting we did the E-processing. Then we got the HK P3 and replied to it (3 June) the next day we had a interview with GUZ. The overall attitude at GUZ has seemed to improve in the last four months and I felt fairly confident about interviewing there. The last time I saw anything really strange was with the CFL members' emails submitted and the VO thought the date at the bottom was other than the printing date.

We got pink at our interview on the 29th. We were the second Electronic Processing couple to interview, I think, Malegolf was first. Very nice / sweet, middle aged American lady, white, 5'7", short reddish hair, possibly the same one that notarized my new EOR letter on Friday the 26th. I couldn't make it for the Monday ACH. My wife made a friend there of a gal on her second go around they said that just about every one that went to that VO got pink. she asked... Do you speak English? Where did you meet? Why do you love him? Do you have photos? She asked several questions about the photos, , who is this.., (her brother), oh.. it looks like she really loves you (my 8 year old daughter) she looked at about 100 pictures of so.

None of our pictures have dates on them. I think its a good idea if one could make a point to do it, say their camera had this option, but its not a show stopper. -
CONGRATS!!!!!!!!! Record time maybe???

Sorry to hear about your denial. At least you got white right of the bat, some members have gotten RFE or two, had the process drag out for six months even after resubmitting additional paperwork, then get a letter stating the consulate is returning your petition to USCIS for review and recommended revoking. Post your timeline (easier to help you if we can see where you are in the process). Use the search option and read everything you can about the ones that got shotdown before you. Put your gal into a good English study, she will need it unless you take up Chinese. Good luck.
