I work in the casino industry and most dealers, cocktail servers, bellhops, and others are paid less than minimum wage. They get around it by saying that their income is supplemented by tips. I am usually very generous when I go anywhere and tip the waiter/waitresses, because I am in the business and also members of my family have worked in restuarants. If the food and service is good then I enjoy tipping. Dave Link to comment
