Guest blsqueaky
Well I looked at the USCIS site, could not find what I wanted, searched CFL, cound not find what I was looking for. What I am looking for is info regarding bringing brother in law, sister in law over for a 2-3 weeks visit, but not at the same time, maybe a year apart. Everything that I saw pertained to comming her to live. I know that someone here has done this, but can not remember when. All help is appreciated. Thanks Link to comment
Trigg
IT'S A B2 VISA squeak. I've done the paperwork for my sister-in-law. Invite letter, proof of financial burden-sam as I-864 (not required). proof she/he has strong ties to China e.g. home or good job and family. Link to comment

Sister-in-law and husband own property, strong tie, brother in law right now only one living at home taking care of mother. Walk in the park, maybe 3 years Link to comment
olemanoman1950
Yes I'll be in the same boat shortly. SO's father wants to come visit but not mom. Mom can't fly. I told her to swim. lol I think soon the whole family will want to come one at a time.. Which is OK as long as they pay the Airfare. Link to comment
