markndannie
Seems to be alot of us going the CR1 route. We don't really get a P3 as in the K1. So what form received/sent means received P3? Would be nice if we could all use the same P3 identification so we can track it. Maybe post your timelines.mark Link to comment
tywy_99
The DS-230 and instructions, along with a barcode sheet and some other stuff would be the "P3" for an IV, be it CR or IR. Link to comment
SongDaJiang
The 'Agent of Choice' gets the P3 for CR-1 (so I Understand). I am expecting this packet end of this month. Link to comment
jgrier5
Yes, that's right.I am my hubby's Agent of Choice and I got our 'P3' packet in October. There was a sheet in it Chinese in there as well. Asking for his name, address, and other info all in Chinese. So I guess we are an October P3. Link to comment
Mengxin
I just read from the State Department website that there is no longer a "P3" anymore due to all the confusion. To me... the I-864 and DS-230 make a "P3" packet. That is no longer the case since the I-864 and the DS-230 are independent of one anouther. Look here... http://foia.state.gov/masterdocs/09FAM/0942063PN.PDF "Bumpety Mumpety"...? Have you been taking lessons from Trigg? Link to comment
