I finally called the main number and broke my number one rule - I was rude to the person who answered but only because she was being unhelpful. Honestly, it was probably not her fault and I'm sorry I lost it (which in my case means saying something like "I am so frustrated with you people!") My honey called yesterday dozens of times and finally did get through. That's how we found out P3 had been sent. Link to comment
