I would like to confirm what is sent back to the Consulate after P-3 is recieved.

 

 

Send Back:

1) OF-169 Check list, filled out and signed

2) DS-230 Part I, one each wife and son

 

 

 

Take to Interview:

 

1) DS-2053 Medical exam

2) DS-3024 Chest X-Ray

3) DS-3025 Vacination

4) DS-3026 Medical History

5) DS-156 Visa Application

6) DS-157 Visa Application

7) All of the information and Documents

listed on the Checklist OF-169

Maybe someone who has "been there, done that" can help you . . . . .

Say, we got through the GZ clearance delay on the same day!

Remember reciept for payment with things to take to the interview.

OH, don't forgeet to take proof proof proof of releationship--pics emails etc...... I don't know what else K3 needs
