Got P-3 today

We recieved our P-3 packet today - will get it filled out and mail back tomorrow (May 18). Hopefully this means P-4's are heading out too.

Just a quick question before I send this EMS tomorrow AM. Do I include my completed I-134 when I send in packet 3? I see it referenced to in form 167.

We will send it in tomorrow morning. I'm hoping the fact we recieved the P-3 that the P-4's are coming too.

 

Oh, and I already have the house cleaned (well cleaner). I cleaned it before I came to Shenzhen on May 7. I will be here unitl August 7 - hope Jade and I can return home together.

It was a great feeling when we recieved our packet 3, and had

it all ready and sent out the next day. I was there visiting when

it arrived and it was so special.

I hope you are right, that they will now start the ball rolling on

the packet fours and the interviews.

13 months, 14 months, is a long time to be kept apart from the ones

that you love.

My I-129F was entered in on SEP 15,2003. I wonder if they are sorting interview dates by this date. I also noticed this date is listed in the packet 3 as my priority date. Anyone have this information?

Congrats on your P3. Can you tell me when your packet was sent from NVC to GUZ? I'm also waiting for the P3 and it's been taking a long time for it. My packet was sent from NVC to GUZ April 2nd and according to the forum members, it was delivered by DHL on the 15th of April. I recently wrote an email to the consulant (17th of May) and I'm basically getting the same bull crap answer that they have no record of my case in the system (response May 19th).

My packet was mailed from NVC on April 7. I think it cleared customs about May 10 and we recieved the packet 3 dated May 14 on May 18 in Shenzhen. Our priority date reads 15 SEP 2003.

Thanks Jeff. My application is I-130 so I guess the priority dates have something to do with it and also a bit of luck to when they add the information into the computer. Hopefully they enter it into their system soon.
