se_lang
Just Curious, Does anybody know the eventual resolution of this case? ----- Clifford ------If I am correct the only way a person gets "Denied" is due to financial otherwise they get a blue slip, so I would think it is either start over or give up. warpedbored
If a blue slip was issued all he need do is supply correct and sufficient information. It may raise a few eyebrows though why he didn't the first time. He may have money but he obviously isn't very smart. Link to comment
SeaSame
Hello,Kleec....Is the $10K you meant there referred to yearly income or monthly? I am curious about that. From what I know, that the yearly income 125% up of the poverty line is what K1 Visa requested. If the petitioner's income is just a few hundred above 125% of the poverty line, would the VO consider OK enough? Or do they expect the petitioner should be really much much richer than the standard 125% of poverty line? I would love to hear your kind suggestion or opinion about this. I know you sounded like Expert here. Thanks. SeaSame Link to comment

Man saying he is "rich", but reporting income & assets low enough that his fiancee is denied the visa (I never saw the actual I-134 that was submitted). Look in the other chain about I-134 for the actual values. http://candleforlove.com/forums/index....t=ST&f=1&t=5548 You can add 1/5 the value of your assets to your actual income. ----- Clifford ----- Link to comment
