I’m wondering if there’s anything we need to have prepared outside of the envelope the consulate gave us with her passport. I’ve looked at other posts about POE and it doesn’t seem like we do. I’m so used to having to prepare so many documents for every point in the process that I feel like I’m missing something. Thanks as always for helping me! The medical form will be needed for AOS. The Automated Passport Control is new at most POE's - see http://candleforlove.com/forums/topic/49613-lax-customs-automated-passport-control/- but she WILL be interviewed. Link to comment

Greg.D. Posted June 13, 2018 Report Share Posted June 13, 2018 (edited) They might want to see the medical envelope; pretty sure they will Upon entry they will cancel her visa! You'll see. When you get to a computer, go look for her I-94 - record of last entry. You want it for AOS. Search I-94 and you'll find the offfical page to retrieve hers (after you are in the US) Keep your boarding passes, evidence of your time together Get some pictures of you together in China - that are obviously in China - you will need them for evidence of relationship and visits.
