Chinese man dragged into sky by giant kite

A man was dragged into the sky by a giant kite in northern China’s Hebei province.

It sounds to me like he was pretty well tethered to the kite through his "safety harness" - I'm guessing because he didn't want the kite to get away from his grasp.

Because . . . . what can be more important than making yourself look DIFFERENT on your ID photo?

The photo stalls will usually remove blemishes and smooth over bumps, but this is a whole new level.

The PSB now has their own photo booths.

Why Does Every ID Photo in Asia Look Like This?
ID photos hardly ever make us look good — unless you’re in China. At just $30, one can get all styled up and have their photos professionally taken. Young people in the country are really into this right now, with giant photo studio chains popping up to cater to this crowd.
