Randy W
You will need - separate - evidence of your residence in China. See http://candleforlove.com/forums/topic/48592-a-guide-to-dcf-for-dummies/?p=628258 Only evidence of your CURRENT residence is needed - six months is no longer required as of several years ago. dnoblett
8.4 Police report is needed for visa interview, not when filing petition. 19 tax records are attached to an I-864 they are needed for visa interview not when filing petition. All attachments should be simple photo copies, you keep the originals.Submit photo copies of the notary certificates, keep the originals for later. If this is DCF filing, evidence of living together, as well as copy of residency permit, DCF tends to be for overseas living cases.
