Cover page that must accompany the above originals, and your documents, letters, etc. to CITIC Bank, who forwards to Guangzhou Consulate.  Link to submitting additional Info thru CITIC, find your nearest CITIC Bank, & download the above CGI cover sheet: http://www.ustraveld...missioninfo.asp
We discovered that not every CITIC Bank, within your city, is available on the CGI Stanley register and select bank location page, where you select your passport/visa pickup CITIC Bank, location.  In fact the one for Changzhou is not even the main Changzhou bank.  We were directed from our chosen pickup bank to the main bank not far away to ship our additional documents.  Also the bank wanted a 2nd copy of the above CGI cover page, one for inside the unsealed envelope and another they affix on the outside of the envelope.  So after you fill the cover sheet out make & take an extra copy.  Here is full list of banks, you can click on various tabs to get them all: http://bank.ecitic.c...huguo_1_7.shtml

This link, to track your status is rather cool: https://ceac.state.g...ker/Status.aspx  I am encouraged that it was updated 11-26-2014, today, as I edit this post.  Here is a passport tracker: http://www.ustraveld...ssporttrack.asp
I had a lot of trouble with error messages trying to email the attachments for the above CCP overcome.  So the day I emailed the CCP overcome stuff, I wrote an inquiry to Guangzhou Consulate asking if they got the 2 attached PDF files: http://guangzhou.use...t-question.html   I got an email last night 11-25, saying they got them.  Boy Guangzhou works much more smooth than ANYTHING on the USA side, like NVC or USCIS.  If I had to do all this over again I would have lived in China and started this immigration stuff.

Your Sweetie will come out of this door.                                                        Go to the right for other visas & etc.

We did not send in another white book of her birth.  It was not requested by the interviewer or on any of the 3 papers he handed her.

(Those CGI guys are another story  I have been on the phone with them 2-3 times and sent them 4 messages about trouble with their website, all of which they don't want to believe.  Now they want screen shots, so more work to try to help them and users.  To be political, where is Halliburton when you need them, at least they know how to get a job done.)  Here is the link to register with CGI Stanley.  The first issue is that I have nothing but trouble trying to log in.  The "captcha" box with the code to write in to show your a real person seldom appears.  It took me 2 hours to log in the other day.http://www.ustraveld...cn-loc-bank.asp

Tonight is a rock concert here in Changzhou, and we live one block from the huge sports complex it is held in.  These folks really do fill the stadiums like shown on TV.  In fact I am told it was on TV live.  All the horns honking now as they leave.  My wife is getting frisky, so I need to go now. :) :) :)

So after all this you may need to update or do things here:  http://ustraveldocs....ml?firstTime=No  and/or https://cgifederal.s...h&country=China

In order to check and make sure CGI Stanley has your CITIC Bank location, just do this from your dashboard: (They call this screen the dashboard)

Well, I just finished editing her CCP comeback.  Did you guys know "that according to party articles" if you don't pay your dues for over half a year, you're not in the CCP?  It doesn't matter in our case since her boss asked her about it 2 years ago and she paid.  Dang it, she was on an 8 year run of no dues.  So really she has been out of it for a year and a half.  She now has officially sent a letter to her boss to quit.  Anyway, we will sleep on this tonight, reread in the morning then email.  Then all is out of our hands again.

She also discovered a lot of ladies lie about CCP membership and seem to get away with it.  Well, we have played everything straight so far...  later and thanks all.

More things to consider.
Be sure and fill out all the screens on the CGI Stanley website and then if you want to check and make sure they have the correct CGI Stanley location, do this from the Dashboard screen.  Yes, they call this the Dashboard:

Note:  There may be many CITIC Banks in your city, but we are limited which ones to pick.  So pick the nearest you can.  When you get to that bank, they may direct you to the main CITIC Bank for that city, to send documents to the Guangzhou Consulate.  Just do what they say.  The branch bank will send to the main bank anyway to go to Guangzhou, so we were told at our bank.
When Guangzhou sends something to you for pick up, it may be at the bank you selected, or it may be at the main bank for your city.  Just roll with the Flo :)

Alright just to finish off the pics and this thread FOREVER :)

gallery_1846_737_40415.jpg

The visas are IR1 & IR2 so 10 year Green Cards, well thats a good thing.  We applied for CR1/CR2 but now married over 2 years, so automatic IR1/IR2.

The visa is only good until April 26, when the medical expires, so the plane needs to work & weather cooperate.

And some words there about temp I-551 and temp Permanent Resident for one year.

The medical packets are sealed in plastic.

Well I guess that was NOT ALL folks.

In our excitement, my wife didn't begin to notice things until some time later.  We need to pay this $160 per visa after getting the Visas and before leaving China.  I guess they don't want to collect that part of the money earlier in the process, anticipating a rejection?  Hahaha. :Dah:  I certainly have not paid attention to this.  SURPRISE   It's not the money, just glad she caught it and sent these pics to me.

I found signing up for yet another website to take a lot of time, before allowed to pay.

http://www.uscis.gov/uscis-elis I have a load of screen shots, but not sure it needs posting.  Just follow the instructions through all the junk you need to do to even set up an account to pay.

All the info you will need to fill in the screens to pay will be found on this paper given with the passport and new visa.

That is the stateside green card fee - it MAY be paid after arrival, but green card production will not begin until the fee is paid.

She's all BUT there!

I copied Doug's earlier posts about CGI Stanley here from his "Preliminary Approval" thread - seems like some VERY useful information for folks who are just getting to that stage

Preliminarily Approved, CCP, CITIC, CGI Stanley, UID number, Birth Cer

Basically, the date your petition was filed. Check your NOA1 or other documents for this date.
