Mei's brother arrived in Richmond 2 weeks ago. it took roughly 10 years for this one but not 100% sure. My question is how long should it take him to receive his green card and to which address here in the USA will it go? Link to comment

Anyway, if this was an IR Visa the visa has an I-551 notation which serves as a green-card until an actual card arrives in the mail. The card should be mailed to address indicated when filling out the DS-230 on line. A fee needs to be paid on the ELIS system to get the card produced.http://www.uscis.gov/online-filing 1 Link to comment
