Will I need to submit the cover sheet as well with the I-864? Also, some of the douments that are listed on the cover sheet, i have previously submitted. Do i just mark the cover sheet as not applicable? I am currently visiting my wife for a second time. Can we submit pictures taken from this trip as well? Alsowhen will we receive our Alien registration number Link to comment
dnoblett Posted November 3, 2014 Report Share Posted November 3, 2014 Typical cover letter lists contents of submission. Submit them again, they are applicable. Typically NVC only wants foreign docs and affidavit of support, nothing else. Bring the pictures to visa interview. In the case of spouse visa the first time you will see the A# will be printed on the visa. A# will be registration number on visa. Link to comment
