When we moved at the end of April, I did all the proper updating of items (including the AR-11) but was completely clueless about this form. dnoblett Posted July 16, 2013 Report Share Posted July 16, 2013 Correct, no worries, just file it ASAP. Once the terms of the I-864 has been satisfied then no need to file I-865 every time you move. My wife became a USC before we moved so we had no need to file an AR-11 or I-865. Link to comment
