Review the case and look for reasons they were denied you can address. Remember, above all else the IO is looking for reasons they will return to China. Jobs, bank accounts, children, grand children, activities they are involved in, property etc etc etc. Link to comment
Yuanyang Posted April 11, 2013 Report Share Posted April 11, 2013 They can re-apply right away as far as I know. Did they say Why they were rejected? My mother-in-law had no problem in fact we converted her to a Green Card carrier while she was here on the visitor visa. My sister-in-law just returned from her visit and her son just received a visitor visa. So we've been lucky some how. Link to comment
