How long before wifes parents can reapply for visitors visa?

Hi Guys!!

LOOOONG time since I have posted.

My wifes parents were rejected for a visitors visa yesterday. My question is how do they need to wait before they can reapply for the interview?

As far as I know there is no specific wait time before you can file again. Review the case and look for reasons they were denied you can address. Remember, above all else the IO is looking for reasons they will return to China. Jobs, bank accounts, children, grand children, activities they are involved in, property etc etc etc.

They can re-apply right away as far as I know. Did they say Why they were rejected? My mother-in-law had no problem in fact we converted her to a Green Card carrier while she was here on the visitor visa. My sister-in-law just returned from her visit and her son just received a visitor visa. So we've been lucky some how.

Yes - no time restriction. Just be sure to show a change in the circumstances presented in the application, especially the ties to China.
