I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

Hello Everyone,

 

I'm filling out the I-751 for my wife. Her 2 year Green Card is about to expire in a couple of months. What do I put where it saids

 

Alien Registration Number (A-Number)

 

and I assume where it saids Conditional Residence Expires on...is the Expiration Date of the Green Card?

A# is the number on the green-card, and yes conditional residence expires as noted on the card.
