Do we need to send documentation/evidence (bank statements,utility bill(s),etc) along with the application or save it for interview?

Are we talking about N-400 for citizenship, or I-751 to remove conditions?

 

N-400 for citizenship is very straight forward

We sent,

• Two passport photos
  
• Past 3 years IRS Transcripts (Satisfied both the return requirement and doc referring to us both)
  
• Proof of my US Citizenship (Bio page of US passport)
  
• Copy of marriage cert.
  

I kept a calendar record of trips abroad, my wife had been to Canada 12 times, and once to China, more than the lines allowed on the form, so attached a page listing additional trips that would not fit on the form.

 

My wife had been stopped twice for traffic violations, these we listed on the form, and the fine amounts paid.

The N-400 (sorry for not being clear).Wife says she's ready to file,so she's studying the test questions.Just want everything in order.Thankyou again dnoblett.......
