Hello again! I hope you all are having a great day.

 

I made a list of the documents that my fiance is going to send me for my interview. Would you please tell me what else we should include apart from those in the list? Thank you again for your attention.

 

I. Copies of Certificates:

1. Copy of his Birth certificate (front and back);

2. Copy of his final Divorce Decree or Certificate.

 

II. Proof of our meetings and ongoing relationship:

1. A copy of ALL pages of his passport;

2. Copy of his written travel itineraries (Plane tickets), boarding passes;

3. Copy of my letters and cards to him;

4. Some of the pictures in his possession;

5. Train tickets or any other tickets from his trips;

6. A copy of my parents¡¯ letter to his parents.

 

III. Original letters of statement and explanation:

1. Write an original letter affirming his desire to marry me within 90 days after my arrival and his continued support of the K-1 Visa;

2. Write an original letter explaining facts about his previous marriage;

 

IV. Affidavit of Support form and supporting evidence:

1. I-134 Affidavit of Support form.

2. Copies of past 3 years IRS returns (Tax Returns) or simple IRS transcripts(Or an explanation why he did not file a return);

3. Copy of W-2(W-2 wage statements) of the last year;

4. A Letter from employer.;

5. Copies of past 6 months pay stubs;

6. Other evidence such as his banking information and other assets as required by the I-134.
