Time for GUZ to receive completed P3?

We are filing a K-1 petition. GUZ sent us our P3 on May 10 and we used the shortcut, mailed back our completed papers on May 12. The EMS tracking shows that GUZ received the completed packet on May 14, however as of today (May 24), they have still not registered receipt of our P3 packet with the DOS. Should we be worried? Should we mail the completed P3 papers again?

By calling 202-663-1225 Department Of State Visa services, and talking to an person, they do have access to consulate status systems.

 

It is not unusual for the consulate mail room to sit on mail for a few weeks before "Receiving" it.

The update at DOS website always behind actual process. Just email Guangzhou to verify whether they got it. http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn//immigrant-visa-unit-question.html

I am glad you asked this question OP. I actually just got off the phone with the DOS. She emailed her packet a couple of weeks ago and the DOS says guanzhou still hasnt received it. I will email Guanzhou and see if they have received it or not
