GUZ P3 Supplement

I am at the NVC stage of process now. Today I received an email from NVC for more documents on my IRA accounts, no problem, can do. Also on the NVC email was GUZ P3 Supplement, submit a Supplemental Information sheet list all traveling beneficiaries, signed by Principal Applicant. The only thing I found on their link, was a document which says, "Guz case number, Visa Category, Name of each applicant in English and Chinese characters, Current mailing address in Chinese characters with postal code, Date of Marriage, Loca Telephone number" This form has no room to fill in any info, just a place at the bottom to sign and date. The form says to complete the form return it, along with other completed Packet 3 documents. What other Packet 3 documents?? I am at a loss here.

Make a cover letter for the immigrant document package that you will be scanning and emailing to NVC that contains this information.

I did not go with the electronic process, as my computer is as unreliable as my brain.

 

I mailed by post the 864, and DS 230 package 19 nov, with a cover letter, but did not see

 

anything about a P3..

 

So monday, I will send in more documents for the 864, and a P3 cover letter,

 

barcode copy, etc. Hopefully this will cover everything.
